Our Customer Support Center is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Operated by “live” personnel (never a recording!), our Support Center staff assigns claims to the local Frontier Adjusters office in the geographic area of the loss. The local Frontier office will then contact the claimant to begin handling the loss.
We accept claims assignments online and via phone, fax, email!
