Assigning Claims to an Office

Frontier has just added another easy way to assign your claim; try our Online Submission Form on our homepage! Fill out your information and our Customer Support Center will send it to the closest, qualified office. When making assignments, we suggest that you provide written claim handling instructions and confirm both your service requirements (i.e. scope of the assignment, adjuster’s authority, the desired timing for reports, photos, etc.) and the expected fees/rates for the assignment. Our clients call, fax or email assignments directly to our locations as well.
